Seauto Crab Specific
The Crab can operate in pools up to 150m²
This may be due to battery being discharged after long-time storage. Please recharge the Crab, while charging, it’s indicator light will display solid red.
The Crab maybe set to Floor Only mode, you may switch modes via cycling through the power button. If you are on the right mode, please check if the busket is full, if it is, clearing the basket will allow the Crab to function correctly.
The Crab may become caught on an obstacle; it will attempt to float itself to break free. If the Crab remains stuck after a few minutes, please use the included hook to assist in freeing it. Alternatively, if the Crab’s filter is full, please clear it as needed.
It is a smart feature of the Crab where it attempts to break free from being stuck.
As part of its design, the Crab automatically switches off after 10 minutes of being fully charged to preserve battery longevity. This ensures maximum lifespan and instills confidence in long-term performance.
If the Crab displays a yellow light, it indicates that the cleaner has encountered an issue, such as over-current protection due to being stuck or a failure to start. Restarting the Crab should resolve the issue and allow it to resume operation.
If the Crab is displaying a purple light, it indicates that the cleaner is stuck on an obstacle. Please use the included hook to help free the cleaner. Restarting the cleaner should resolve the issue.

The included retrieval hook adheres to the universal pool accessory standard, accommodating standard pole sizes with a 1 – 1/4″ (25 – 32mm) diameter connection end. Compatible poles can be readily purchased at your local pool shop.
Each Crab undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory, including waterproofing tests. Therefore, small amounts of water may remain inside the packaging. Please feel free to use it as usual.
This occurs because there is still water on the water detection probe, causing the cleaner to incorrectly perceive that it is still submerged. Please try wiping the probe clean and attempt to turn off the unit again.

If you have purchased your product through one of our official online stores, you have a 30-day return window provided the product was returned unopened and in the same condition you received it in. Please note Seauto Australia does not cover return postage.
If the product was sold through our authorised partners, Seauto Australia does not process change-of-mind returns directly. For specific details, please consult your purchase channel’s return policy.

The Seauto Crab is covered by a 2 – year limited warranty. To determine your remaining warranty period, please refer to your original purchase date or contact your purchase channel for further details.
